Training Diary?

Is a training diary really that important? Yes, I think it is. It can keep you motivated seeing how far you've come. It can also help you trace back when injuries started. You can also use it to set targets to become fitter. Here are 3 simple steps to the perfect diary!

1. Find and unused notebook or folder of some sort. Write, training diary over it so you know it can't be used for anything else..

2. When you start an entry, always write the date and time (of when you worked out). This could help to show any patterns and is always useful to know!

3. Display what you did, rough route. If their was any notably weather conditions, include them! if you know the temperature say that! Don't forget to include how it felt and next time what would you do better?

So there you have it, your perfect diary! Good Luck!
