How do I control cravings to eat junk food when I am out at work?

I recommend that you take snacks with you that are healthy such as; fruits, crackers or fat free yogurt. These are easy because you could take a tuber ware container that has soup in. This way you can heat it up in your work place and you don't get the urge to snack on bad food. Planning is the key. If I am dieting can I still have a treat a day?

Of course, this can keep you motivated! Keep it in moderation though don't eat a whole three tier cake just because you have ate healthily for the day. You can reward yourself after a workout or eating healthily with a small treat like a cupcake? Who doesn't love a cupcake?

Biggest tip for someone who wants to loose weight?

It's hard to say an actual tip but I think its important to remember that to loose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in so if you make your choices around this then I think you can achieve your goals. How do you set goals?

Any goal you want to physically be able to achieve, you don't want to have a goal that is humanly possible because then you will never strive for it. Before setting a goal think, how could I get there? If you can get there then, no reason why you can't achieve it so set away.. After a high amount of you requested it I have wrote a blog post about goals check it out!
